Re: Sean Redfern promoted to president of
LCOA
I am very pleased to announce that Sean
Redfern will assume the role of president of LCOA effective Monday October 2,
2006.
In the last year I have watched Sean step into
the leadership role at LCOA. He joined LCOA in August 2001 at the early stages
of the “bottom” of the recession. As you are all aware the bottom last for
another 2 years. During this time Sean focused on learning the business,
including the manufacturing process, product offering, drilling PCB’s and
overall management of the business. The past couple of years have brought about
the opportunity to manage a growing business and Sean has proven that he was up
for that challenge as well.
Under Sean’s leadership, especially in the
past year LCOA has reached a number of new milestones. Sales are at record
levels, the management team has been strengthened, profitability and cash flow
are at healthy levels, Slickback sales are continually growing and our
international sales, a key measure of our success, are breaking records. All in
all, LCOA is a strong and thriving business that will be a stable and strong
supplier to Insulectro and the PCB industry for many years to come.
